Phil Angelides

Los Angeles, California, United States

Phil Angelides was trained at The Climate Project in Session 6 in April of 2007 in Nashville. Angelides is the Chair of the Apollo Alliance.  He is also the Chairman of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, a ten-member bi-partisan panel appointed by Congress and charged with investigating the cause of the nation’s financial and economic crisis.

Phil served from 1999 to 2007 as California State Treasurer and was the Democratic nominee for Governor in 2006.  Angelides graduated from Harvard majoring in government and is a Coro Foundation Fellow.
