Michael Churchman

Michael Churchman was trained at The Climate Project in Nashville in October of 2008 at the Faith Session.  Michael is the Executive Director for Alabama Environmental Council. 

He is a member of the Alabama Episcopal Diocese Task Force for the Stewardship of Creation; is on the planning committee of the Interfaith Environmental Initiative of Alabama; and serves on the Alabama Partners for Clean Air and Keep Birmingham Beautiful Commission.

In the past Churchman has worked in the past as Operations Coordinator at Solutions Infusion Therapy, District Director/Field Director for Greater Alabama Council Boy Scouts of America, District Director for Denver Area Council Boy Scouts of America, and District Executive of Attakapas Council Boy Scouts of America. 

Mr. Churchman holds a B.A. in Religious Education, Sociology from Louisiana College.
